Locally owned and operated, Arbutus Properties has been serving the Bloomington market since 2013. The family home at 325 S. Arbutus was built in the mid-1920’s and served as a family home for 3 generations, who all lived in Bloomington and graduated from Indiana University. That house was sold to Indiana University in 2021, but we continue to share our houses with you, as you look to begin or continue your journey in Bloomington or around Indiana.
